Sign Up to a New Workspace

How to set up to your Bron workspace after being invited.

Updated over a month ago

Creating a brand new workspace in Bron is almost the same as joining an existing one — there’s just one extra step at the end.

1. Accept your invitation

To get started, you'll need an invitation sent to your email.
Once you receive it, click Join now, then click Get Started on the welcome screen.

2. Enter your name

Bron is completely KYC-free, so we never ask for personal identity verification. You can use your real name, a handle, or whatever you prefer — it’s entirely up to you.

3. Create a passkey

Now it's time to set up a passkey, which lets you log in securely — without using a password.

Passkeys are based on public key cryptography (the same tech that protects websites and encrypted messages).
You can store your passkey in iCloud Keychain, 1Password, Dashlane, a physical device like a YubiKey, or any other secure tool you trust.

4. Choose your Bron tag

After saving your passkey, you'll be prompted to choose your Bron tag.

This is your unique identifier inside the Bron network — used for internal transfers or when someone wants to send you crypto within Bron.

That’s it!

You’ve successfully created your new workspace and user account.
You’re in — but you’re not ready to use crypto just yet.

Next up: we’ll show you how to create your first account.
