Delegating to existing operators to help secure the network

The auction itself will be available directly on Zama’s official website: https://www.zama.org/

Who Can Participate
To participate in the Zama auction, you need:
The Bron Wallet or any other EVM-compatible wallet.
Confidential stablecoins on Ethereum (cUSDC or cUSDT)
These confidential assets are created by shielding regular USDC or USDT.
How the Zama Auction Works
The Zama auction uses a uniform clearing price mechanism:
Participants submit bids with a price and quantity.
After bidding closes, bids are ordered from highest price to lowest price.
Tokens are allocated until the total supply for sale is filled.
The clearing price is the lowest price at which tokens are still allocated.
All successful bidders pay the same clearing price.
Any excess funds above the clearing price are refunded.
This ensures a fair price discovery process and equal treatment of all participants.
Clearing Price and Allocation
After the auction closes:
The smart contract processes bids from highest to lowest price.
Bids above the clearing price receive full or partial allocation.
Bids below the clearing price receive no allocation and are fully refunded.
Once the clearing price is finalized, participants can prepare to claim their tokens.

How to Participate Using Bron
You can place your bid using the Bron wallet or any other supported wallet. Bids placed through partner wallets are treated exactly the same as bids placed directly in the Zama app.
Step 1 — Connect Your Wallet
Open the Zama auction app
Click Connect Wallet
3. Select Bron Wallet from the list
4. Approve the connection in your wallet
Step 2 — Shield USDC or USDT in Bron
The auction requires confidential stablecoins (cUSDC or cUSDT) on Ethereum.
You can shield tokens directly in Bron:
Open Bron Wallet
Navigate to your USDC or USDT on Ethereum
Tap Shield
4. Enter the amount you want to shield
5. Confirm the transaction and pay the network fee
Once completed, your balance will appear as Confidential USDC (cUSDC) or Confidential USDT (cUSDT).
When shielding tokens, make sure to sign twice: once to approve the transaction, and once to approve the shielding.
Step 3 — Place a Bid
Return to the Zama auction app
Make sure your wallet is connected
Enter your bid price and quantity
Confirm the bid using your confidential stablecoin balance
You can place multiple bids at different prices if desired.
