Bron Plans & Trial

Your Trial begins when you first receive assets into a new workspace — not when the workspace is created. The Trial is designed to give you full access while you get everything set up. Here's what happens step by step:

1. Trial begins (at your first deposit)

  • The 14-day Trial starts when you first receive assets into the workspace — creating a workspace on its own does not start the Trial.

  • During this period, you have access to all features across every plan.

  • The Trial gives you time to get enough $BRON tokens for the plan you'd like to use, or purchase the plan you need with fiat.

If you don't meet either requirement (not holding enough $BRON tokens or not purchasing a plan with fiat), your workspace will remain in Trial mode.

2. While on Trial

During the Trial you can:

  • Explore all features without restrictions.

  • See which plan matches your current usage.

  • Test advanced features before committing to a plan.

⚠️ If you use features from a higher plan than your current token balance or your purchased fiat plan allows, your workspace will remain in Trial until the requirements are met and may be blocked once the trial ends.

3. When the Trial ends (Day 14)

If requirements are not met by the end of the 14 days:

  • The workspace becomes locked:

    • Swaps, on/off-ramp orders, and sends are unavailable.

  • Only workspace owners can reactivate the Trial.

⚠️ We do not block your assets after the trial ends or if the plan conditions are not met. As soon as your plan or trial is reactivated, you will regain full access to all Bron features.

4. Reactivating a Trial

Owners can reactivate the Trial for 72 hours to:

  • Acquire BRON

  • Upgrade to a plan with fiat

  • Reduce feature usage to meet the requirements of your selected plan

  • Send assets

  • Fix setup issues

Reactivation is unlimited, but a security delay is applied each time:

  • 1st extension: immediate, grants +3 days

  • 2nd extension: 1-day wait, grants +3 days

  • 3rd extension: 2-day wait, grants +3 days

  • 4th extension: 3-day wait, grants +3 days

After that, the pattern continues — each new extension adds 3 days of access, but the waiting period increases by 1 day each time.

The Trial will resume automatically once the delay ends.

To reactivate, click the "Your trial has ended" popup in the bottom-left of the workspace — the Reactivate trial button is at the bottom of the panel.

💡 Plans and subscriptions apply per workspace, not per account.

If you create multiple workspaces, each workspace requires its own fiat subscription or a sufficient $BRON balance for the selected plan.

Purchasing a plan for one workspace does not automatically activate or cover any other workspaces in your account.

5. Upgrading to a plan

Once you meet the following conditions:

  • Hold enough $BRON tokens for the plan you want to use, or purchase the required plan with fiat.

  • Ensure that the features used in your workspace match the plan you selected.

Your workspace automatically upgrades to the correct plan.

💡 $BRON tokens can be spread across multiple accounts within the same workspace.

6. Bron Plans

Workspaces can access plans in two ways:

  • Hold $BRON

  • Fiat subscription: USD, monthly or annually with 15% off

  • Mobile app subscription via App Store or Google Play; the currency depends on your Apple/Google account country.

Your plan also determines the platform fee applied to Buy/Sell (fiat) orders and swaps — higher plans pay lower fees. See Buy & Sell Crypto with Fiat for details.

Founders Club is available only via $BRON holding.

You can find the available plans in the Bron Wallet UI on the Settings > Plans and Pricing page.

7. Subscribing from the mobile app

You can also subscribe to a plan directly in the Bron mobile app. The payment goes through your App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) account as an in-app subscription.

Store subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google, not on the Settings > Plans & Billing page. To change or cancel one, open the subscription settings of your App Store or Google Play account — the Manage subscription link on the Plans screen in the app takes you there.

If you reinstall the app or switch devices, use Restore purchases on the Plans screen to re-link your existing store subscription.

8. Changing your payment method

To update your payment method, navigate to Settings → Plans & Billing → Billing. Under your current card, click the Change button and follow the prompts.

If you subscribed via the App Store or Google Play, change your payment method in your store's subscription settings instead.

9. Canceling your fiat subscription

To cancel your fiat subscription, go to Settings → Plans & Billing → Billing and click Cancel fiat subscription. Once canceled, your billing will stop and you will not be charged again. Please note that you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

If you subscribed via the App Store or Google Play, cancel the subscription in your store's subscription settings instead.

10. Viewing invoices

You can find your fiat subscription invoices by navigating to Settings → Plans & Billing → Billing. Your invoices will be listed in the Invoices section on that page.

11. My workspace is deactivated, even though I bought $BRON tokens or a plan.

You used features not included in your plan

If you use features that belong to a higher plan than the plan you purchased, your workspace will be blocked at the end of the trial.
Open the Settings > Plans and Billing page and check the text above the Plans section. If you are using features from a higher plan, a message about it will appear there:

You can reactivate your workspace for a limited time and reduce your feature usage to match your selected plan to prevent it from being locked again.

12. Using a feature from a higher plan

If you're currently on a plan and start using a feature that belongs to a higher plan, a new trial will automatically begin. This means your workspace will re-enter the trial period, and all standard trial conditions will apply again.

13. Recovery on a Workspace with Ended Trial

If the workspace is deactivated (trial ended, subscription unpaid, or usage above plan), recovery cannot be completed on it.

The correct sequence is:

  1. Unlock the workspace first – click the trial popup in the bottom-left and press Reactivate trial (72-hour window), or purchase a plan / $BRON tokens for permanent activation.

  2. Then continue the recovery flow (passkey replacement, guardian-assisted access restoration, Trusted Device Recovery, etc.). If the Owner has lost access and cannot unlock the workspace themselves, guardians performing recovery must wait until the workspace is reactivated – recovery actions will not finalize on a locked workspace.

14. Sandbox workspaces

Sandbox workspaces operate independently from the Bron plan and trial conditions. They remain freely accessible and available for use without any restrictions related to subscription plans or token holdings.

15. Restrictions

On the Trial plan you can have no more than 1 account within your workspace.

You can be a member of no more than 2 workspaces (Mainnet and Sandbox) on the Trial plan.

During the Trial, the cumulative USD volume of swap transactions is capped at $250,000. Once this cap is reached, further swap requests are blocked until the workspace is upgraded to a paid plan.
