Batch payments

Simplify your crypto operations

Updated over a month ago

Batch payments are one of the most requested features from companies managing crypto treasuries and using crypto for daily payments. This functionality helps save time, reduce friction, and protect against human error when sending multiple transactions at once.

1.What are batch payments?

Batch payments allow you to prepare and approve multiple transactions in one go by uploading a single file. Instead of creating each transfer manually, you can submit a batch containing all the necessary details β€” including recipients, assets, and amounts β€” and process them together.

This is ideal if you regularly pay salaries, vendors, or make repeated outgoing transactions. It helps minimize risks associated with manual entry and speeds up the approval process.

2. How to create a batch payment

Go to Transfer β†’ Bulk and click Download Template.
The template will include the current data from your workspace β€” available assets, visible accounts, and all addresses from your address book.

πŸ‘‰ Always download a fresh template to ensure it reflects your latest workspace configuration.

Your batch payment file should include:

  • Source account

  • Network and Assets to send

  • Recipient addresses

  • Amounts

Once the template is complete:

  • Save and close the template.

  • Go back to Transfer β†’ Bulk and upload the file (you can drag and drop it).

  • The system will validate each transaction. Invalid or incorrect addresses (e.g., a non-Ethereum address where Ethereum is expected) will be flagged.

You can edit and correct any errors directly in the interface. Once fixed, press Save.

  • Select the transactions you want to process.

  • Press Confirm to generate an instruction.

  • The instruction will be ready for signature.

You can assign team members to prepare batch templates, and use the Policy Engine to give permissions for creating transactions β€” but not signing them. This way, as the principal, you can review and sign transactions once a month or as often as required.

Whether you’re paying salaries, pay vendors, or sending funds regularly, batch payments will save time, reduce friction, and β€” most importantly β€” protect against human error.
